The pool opens the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting, and remains open through Labor Day weekend.

9pm - 10pm (Adults 21+ only)
The pool may be closed without notice in case of inclement weather, health or maintenance needs.
Those in the pool area outside of this time, pool hours, or during other posted closing times may be arrested for Trespassing. A letter of enforcement has been issued to the police department allowing them to make arrests for after-hours swimming, and there is a surveillance system to aid in the enforcement.
To enter the gate you must have your pool card. You simply hold the card next to the reader and the gate will unlock (you will hear a click sound). Please be sure the gate closes and latches behind you.
Pool cards may only be used by those residing in the home and may not be provided to others. One pool card is issued per household. Please report lost pool cards to CAM and they will be deactivated. Owners may purchase a replacement card through CAM for $25.00.
POOL RULES:
1. All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
2. All persons using the pool area agrees to hold management and the Association free of any liability for injuries sustained. A resident further assumes responsibility for all costs incurred for any damages to pool area caused either personally or by his/her guests.
3. In case of inclement weather, the pool area must be vacated of all persons.
5. Make sure the gates are closed behind you as you enter and exit the pool area.
6. All guests must be accompanied by an adult owner.
7. All those in the pool area must be able to swim or be with someone that can. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent. This is minimum age requirement; please use individual judgement in determining if this age needs to be higher for your circumstances.
8. All infants/toddlers must wear leak-proof diapers when in swimming pool.
9. Pool use is prohibited to any person with skin abrasions, colds, inflamed eyes, infections, any injury requiring a bandage, or any other communicable disease.
10. NO animals (except guide animals), wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs), chewing gum, tobacco products of any kind (including smoking), balls, rafts, tubes, play equipment, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages.
11. No urinating or expectorating or blowing nose in the pool.
12. No littering. All trash must be rinsed off prior to entering pool (hurts filter system).
13. Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times - absolutely no cut-offs.
14. No boisterous or rough play, ball playing, etc.
15. All oils or heavy lotions must be rinsed off prior to entering the pool (hurts filter system).
16. The pool rope must remain in place for pool safety and City requirements. Please do not hang on rope.
17. Food and beverages need to be kept in the gazebo area.
18. A hose and small broom are available to clean up after yourself. Please help clean up to keep the bugs away!
CONSEQUENCES:
If management reprimands any person three times on one occasion, dismissal from pool area will result.
Any person and family may be denied access to the pool area for violation of these rules and for any other reason that management deems appropriate. Those who are delinquent in their dues will not be allowed pool access.
POOL PARTY GUIDELINES:
All persons having a pool party for 10 or more invited guests under the age of 14 are required to secure and pay for a lifeguard for the duration of the event and must notify the management office prior to the event. Please submit the date and time to CAM if you are planning a pool party.
Use of the pool area for a pool party does not grant exclusive use of the pool space; the pool area will still be available to other homeowners.
Food and beverages are to be kept in the gazebo area. Please use the hose and small broom to clean up after yourself.
